American Enforcer Eagle started as a sidekick to the Stargeant but went on lead the American Enforcers, a group in my comic universe put together by the government. The A.E. group was made to replace the then-outlawed freelance heroes in the highest cases of emergency. The trick with the design was to make him look like a generic 90's hero but avoid basic color area patterns of pre-existing characters. It also had to cover as much of the body as possible for story-specific reasons. All the group members wear this same outfit but with different colors and minor differences. |
