Storm is one of my favorite characters to draw. If you look around the art gallery, you'll notice that she pops up in a few other pictures. She usually appears in her Dave Cockrum designed outfit, but this one features Ororo in her Jim Lee redesigned outfit. This is one of those old 'marker-airbrush combo' pics that I miss doing and won't be able to do again until I move somewhere that the air compressor's noise won't be an issue. I went a bit far with the metallic outfit, but I just always have fun with such things. As far as coloring goes, this is one of my favorites of the marker/airbrush days. |
