"But finally here and very long overdue" is the new first page for Nutroll: the Illness. Nothing exciting yet but it sets the stage for the crazy that's on the way. New pages will be posted in sensible chunks every once in a while until Chapter One is finished. Enjoy or don't!

Thanks to a being sick for a few days, I don't have any really new newness for you this week. I spent most of my productive time working on the Nutroll comic's first page. The linework is being cleaned and the background funk is being built. But this update has one thing going for it: Nutroll's 2008 profile pic in full color. This is now used for his character profile. A few other things finished for the week include minor fixes like the ALT/TITLE tag script fix for the Nutroll: the Illness teaser page.

CoCo Future: the Future of the Funk

The newest design is long overdue because she was supposed to be a dancer in a scene from Nutroll: the Illness, which is also overdue. As in 2007 overdue. But the character I was going to use back then wasn't as cool so it all kinda works out for the best. But here's CoCo Future: boogie-down technician and female futuristic funkonaut. Her true mission will be revealed in a later issue of Nutroll but she'll also make cameos elsewhere.
Other stuff:
It looks like this cold that I have is on the way out. I'm still in Mucus Mountain Man mode, but my nose isn't running every 4 minutes like it was last week. So I hope to start kicking out more material soon. You'll see a few more design pics of characters who show up in that Universal Intro story that I've been threatening promising to finish.
This week's ScrollBoss update will have at least one new custom sprite: Wooky from Captain Commando. So I hope all of you pixel heads check ScrollBoss out on Friday to see Wooky and maybe some of the other Wooky-like drones.
