Took me a while to dig this one up from the days when I was just starting ScrollBoss and knew nothing about graphic editing. I did this and the Kid Icarus/Pit around the same time and both were colored with Berol Prismacolor markers. I drew different poses and such for many sections that I hadn't made yet, including a profile section (which is slowly making a comeback on ScrollBoss right now). Now, the style looks screwy because I was trying to come up with a different way of drawing that'd lend itself better to being turned into computer graphics. While the style failed here, I pushed it into a different direction and style that I haven't quite shown yet. I even used a modified version of that same walking pose for many things in that style. Anyway, I plan to draw GOOD artwork of Blaze Fielding sometime in 2007. |
