A fellow artist on deviantART named Deimos-Remus wanted to see me draw either Barbeque or Snake-Eyes (first uniform). I chose S-E mostly because I had the real figure to use for reference and because I'd been wanting to draw him in his original outfit for a long time. By request, he's wearing boots like he did in the comics, cartoon and the original toy card art instead of the stirrup boots that the figure had. The gear is a blend between the old figure's details, bits of the recent 25th Anniversary remake and real Army stuff. People seemed to have liked how this turned out so I went ahead and cooked up a cartoon-colored variant with redrawn hands. |
