This cutout was one of the first times I'd drawn the Baroness in quite a while. I was trying to avoid making her look like some super-powered character, but only succeeded in making her look too danged thin. If you look at a lot of the G.I.JOE cutouts I did of this era, many of them share that same flaw. I'm not sure, but I think the cutout itself was drawn in 1999. |
