The original idea featured a similar creature with a pumpkin head, but I just couldn't get the image to mentally click. I won't tell you that story, since I can save that for another Halloween story. I just made a ghost that was something between being spooky and funny at the same time. As I drew him, the story just started flowing out of my head. Not that I needed one for the contest, but it just... happened. If you didn't read it while the Halloween page was active, don't worry. I'll be adding a story section to the site and that'll be the first one. And yes, the kids' costumes are a mish-mash of genre jokes.
