To add balance to the G.I.JOE fan universe, I've decided to slip in characters that only appeared in the cartoon while most others don't seem to focus on that. He's kind of a weird looking character in the cartoon so I tried to ride the line between serious and cartoony and I think I got the look I was going for. He ended up looking a bit like an elderly Father Guido Sarducci but that's not on purpose.
If you've seen the cartoon, you're probably wondering why I didn't spell his name funny. Look, some people still haven't seen that episode yet and I don't want to spoil one of my favorite endings for other people. |
